Great tool!

What a great addition to my tools. I do my own electrical work out here in the country. I have a generator with Propane so detecting any leak is important. I have used this unit to test natural gas lines for friends. It found leaks on 4 locations my friends were sure had no leaks. When the plumbers soaped the connections and verified the leaks my friends each ordered one! So I calibrate it where the first light is dim and the beaps are just starting to get fast. It detects very small leaks that you could never smell. Great addition for homeowners....if i am outside and it is windy, I use a plastic bag around the fittings and place the sensor in the bag....many times this has concentrated a leak to where i can detect it. If you review the sensitivity this device is an amazing find! Every home owner with combustible gas should own one!

It works

I had to find a small leak inside a generator enclosure. It located it very quickly. Turn sensitivity until it clicks off basically, turn unit on and rotate sensitivity until it starts making a slow to fast clicking sound, probe suspected area to find leak. You will definitely know when it finds your leak.
